Should you find yourself dissatisfied for any reason, kindly reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange for specific items, including those nearing expiry, among other factors. Please be aware that certain items may be unavailable, in which case a substitute item of equal value will be offered. We do not facilitate exchanges of products solely because they do not align with the customer’s personal flavor preferences. Unfortunately, MijuBox will not be able to provide any refunds.

Subscription Terms of Service
By subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with your subscription:
1. Subscription Plans:
We offer several subscription plans, each with different durations and pricing. By subscribing to our service, you agree to the terms and conditions specific to your chosen subscription plan.
2. Billing and Payment:
Upon registration for our subscription service, the total subscription fee must be paid in full. This payment covers the entire duration of your subscription period as specified in the chosen plan. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fees and any applicable taxes.
3. Registration Confirmation:
Your subscription registration will be considered complete and confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
4. Automatic Renewal:
Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration as your initial subscription term. You agree that we may automatically charge your chosen payment method for the renewal fees.
5. Cancellation and Refunds:
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team or through your account settings on our website. If you have chosen to cancel your subscription after payment is processed for the subscription period, cancellation will start on the next renewal, we will not be able to provide a refund. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.

Subscription initiated on June 1st, 2024
Selected subscription duration: 1 year
Cancellation finalized on January 19th, 2025
Automatic renewal will not take place on June 1st, 2025. Customers will receive their monthly box until May 2025.
MijuBox will meet the quantity of boxes according to the terms of the subscription.
6. Change of address:
If there is a need to update your address while your subscription is active, please notify us at least 10 business days prior to the next scheduled shipment by emailing to info@mijubox.com. We’ll ensure that your subscription box is delivered to the correct address starting from the next shipment cycle following the address update. Please note that any changes made after this deadline may affect the delivery of your subscription box for that cycle.
7. Usage Restrictions:
Your subscription is for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred to others without our prior consent. You agree not to use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or in any manner that violates these terms of service.
8. Content and Intellectual Property:
All content provided through our service, including text, images, graphics, logos, and videos, is the property of MijuBox and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our service without our prior written consent.
