How long does it take for the MijuBox to arrive? 

 

The delivery time for your MijuBox to arrive depends on your location. Typically, shipping takes between 3 to 5 business days for delivery within Canada. 5 to 7 business days for delivery to the United States. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance and local postal services. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions. If you have any specific questions about your order or experiencing technical difficulties in tracking your shipment, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team for assistance.  

 

When will payments be processed? 

 

Payments are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed. 

 

Upon registration for our subscription service, the total subscription fee must be paid in full. This payment covers the entire duration of your subscription period as specified in the chosen plan. If you need assistance with managing your subscription payments, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team. We’re here to help ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for you. 

 

How can I track my order? 

 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.  

 

You can also track your order directly on our website by logging into your account and navigating to the ‘Order History” section.

My MijuBox never arrive! 

 

We’re truly sorry to hear that your item hasn’t arrived yet. We understand how frustration this can be and are here to assist you promptly. Please allow these steps to help us resolve the issue: 

 

  1. Check Order Status: Firstly, ensure that your order status hasn’t been updated to indicate delivery. You can do this by checking the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account on our website and reviewing your order history. 

  1. Allow Additional Time: Sometimes, shipping carriers experience delays beyond our control. If your item is still within the estimated delivery window, we kindly ask for your patience.  

  1. Contact Support: If your item is significantly overdue based on the estimated delivery timeframe or if tracking information hasn’t been updated for an extended period, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. Provide your order number and any relevant details, and we’ll investigate the issue promptly.  

  1. Resolutions: Depending on the circumstances, we’ll work with you to find the best resolution, which may include: 

  • If shipment is returned to our warehouse, we can provide a reshipment. However, customer is responsible for reshipping fee. 

 

Missing item or quality issue with the MijuBox. 

 

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by a missing item or quality issue with your order. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re here to help resolve this matter promptly. As we work with a third-party courier company, unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee the condition of the box upon delivery. 

 

If you received your order but found a quality issue with one or more items, please take photos clearly showing the problem. This will help us assess the issue and provide the appropriate solution.  

 

Depending on the circumstances, we offer several resolution options, including: 

  • Sending a replacement item at no additional cost. 

  • Providing a credit or extra items in your next box if you subscribed to our subscription. 

 

Any issues must be reported to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your box.

Do you ship to my country? 

 

At the moment, we’re currently only shipping to Canada and the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we are constantly exploring options to expand our shipping capabilities to serve customers in more countries.

Can I customize my box based on my dietary restrictions and food allergies? 

 

We apologize, but at this time, we do not provide the ability to customize the contents of the snack box according to personal preferences. We understand the significance of food allergies and dietary restrictions. Therefore, we encourage you to review the ingredients listed on each snack item before consumption to ensure they align with your dietary needs. 

 

How does the subscription service work? 

 

Our subscription service allows you to receive a curated selection of delicious snacks delivered to your doorstep every month. Simply choose your subscription plan, and we’ll take care of the rest! 

 

What types of snacks are included in the boxes? 

 

We assure you will receive one beverage, one ramen, and 20 snack items, comprising both sweet and savoury option. Occasionally, our selection may also include tea or coffee-related items. We carefully select each item to ensure a satisfying snacking experience. 

 

Is shipping included? 

 

Shipping is not included in the subscription cost. Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and will be added to your total during the checkout process. 

 

Can I skip a month during my subscription period? 

 

Yes, you can easily skip a month at any time. Simply log in to your account and adjust your subscription settings accordingly. We believe in flexibility and want to make sure our service fits your needs. 

 

What do I do if I moved to a new address during my subscription period? 

 

If there is a need to update your address while your subscription is active, please notify us at least 10 business days prior to the next scheduled shipment by emailing to info@mijubox.com. We’ll ensure that your subscription box is delivered to the correct address starting from the next shipment cycle following the address update. Please note that any changes made after this deadline may affect the delivery of your subscription box for that particular cycle. 

 

Can I send the box as a gift to someone else? 

 

Absolutely! If you’d like to send a MijuBox as a gift to your friends and family, you can purchase a one-time box without the need for a subscription. 

 

When will my MijuBox be shipped? 

 

Please kindly allow 1-2 business days for our team to prepare your snack box for shipping. Each MijuBox is packed upon ordering to guarantee the freshness of all snacks. 

 

Can I order MijuBoxes shipping to different addresses? 

 

We appreciate your business and we aim to make the MijuBox experience shareable with your loved ones and friends. You have the option to gift a one-time box as a gift, but we cannot ship multiple boxes to various addresses since each address is associated with a unique login.  

Alternatively, if you would like to purchase 10 or more boxes, please reach out to our customer support team for a quote on corporate gifts. 

 

 

I received expired snacks! ☹ 

 

We are always here to help 😊 Please note that the Japanese date format is yyyy/mm/dd. Therefore, if it readds 2024/03/24, it indicates March 24, 2024. 

 

Typically, the snacks and candies we dispatch have an expiration period ranging from 6 months to 1 year. Should you suspect that your snack has indeed expired, kindly provide our support team with a clear photo for the snack, including the expiration date, so we can investigate further.  

 

I adored a particular snack from my last box! Can I request it to be included in my next box? 

 

Unfortunately, we’re unable to tailor the boxes to individual preferences. Nevertheless, we highly value your feedback! Please drop us a message with your request, and there’s a chance your favourite snack could make a comeback in our upcoming boxes! 

 

What is the significance of the polar bear logo? 

 

Polar bears are often associated with the Arctic and exploration, evoking a sense of adventure and discovery, items inside the box were carefully selected and offers a unique and exciting experience on your mystery box adventure. 

 

 

Can I track my shipment? 

 

Yes, absolutely! Once your snack box has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or by logging in to the customer portal on our website. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment until it arrives at your doorstep. Tracking information ensures you stay informed about the delivery progress of your delicious snacks! 

 

Do you ship to P.O boxes? 

 

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O boxes at this time. We require a physical address for delivery to ensure a smooth and reliable shipping process. 

 

Is there a limit of how many boxes I can order? 

 

There’s no limit to the number of boxes you can order! Whether you’re ordering for yourself or sending gifts to friends and family, you can purchase as many boxes as you like. If you’re interested in ordering more than 10 boxes, please feel free to contact us for a customized quote. We’ll be happy to provide you with a tailored offer to accommodate your snacking journey! 

 

Are the snacks selected based on a theme or are they random? 

 

The snacks in our MijuBox are selected randomly, without a specific theme, to provide a diverse and varied snacking experience with each delivery. 

 

Do you offer discounts or promotions for subscribers? 

 

At the moment, we don’t offer discounts or promotions for subscribers. However, we’re continuously working to enhance our offerings, and promotions may become available in the future as part of our ongoing efforts to improve our service.
